ACED’s Shovel-Ready Database helps communities and companies identify Adams County sites that can be developed quickly. Sites designated by ACED as “shovel-ready” are:

• Approved and zoned commercial or industrial
• Ready to develop with utilities and other infrastructure in place.

Shovel-Ready preparation creates a site where construction can begin rapidly, once a prospective business decides to develop a facility there.
