Manufacturers Association

Purpose: The Adams County Manufacturers Association (ACMA) is the only industry led organization focused exclusively on manufacturers in Adams County.  The Association is dedicated to helping the industry remain competitive in today’s dynamic and competitive economy.

Mission:   The mission of ACMA is to promote the retention and expansion of the manufacturing industry and its supporting sectors, and provide value added services to help the industry thrive and grow in Adams County.   This is accomplished by:

1. Retention – work with existing manufacturers to help them raise capital, create jobs, grow, prosper
2. Expansion – attract new manufacturing companies looking for a pro-business environment
3. Value – serve the needs of the manufacturers by running an association that is focused on their needs

Objectives: (tasks to achieve Mission)

• Education – assemble list of key organizations, resources, calendars, legislation, etc.
• Outreach – distribute Education resources with Adams County primary employers
• Collaboration – network, share research/best practices, project/partnership opportunities
• Assistance – enable ACED members to serve Adams County primary employers
