Commerce City is a rapidly growing area located in Adams County, Colorado and is part of the larger Denver Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). Commerce City is unique because of its proximity to both the Denver metro area and the Denver International Airport (DEN).

Our economy has a strong industrial base. One of our advantages is the availability of land. We can provide viable sites for potential business expansion and relocation opportunities. The Eastern most boundary lies along the E-470 corridor. This toll road runs along the east side of the Denver metro area, from I-25 and C-470 and has immediate proximity to DEN – the nation’s 5th busiest airport. The Core City has a profusion of sites that are ripe for redevelopment.

  • Current population is 51,760

  • Interstates 25, 70, 76, 225, Highway 270 and the E-470 Beltway.
  • Borders Denver International Airport’s northern and western boundaries.
